I bought this product in November. It stopped working in January. I claimed warranty and boat collected the product for repair. Within 2 days I received a mail saying the product will be replaced. After 5 days I received the replaced product. And to my surprise the replaced product box was opened but the product looked new. I didn't want to take risk by using a used product. So I wrote a mail to boat saying the box was opened and might be a used product. Again boat sent me a mail saying the received item will be a replaced with a new item. Again after 7-10 days of waiting I received the replaced product. But this time there was only charging cable with the earbuds and without the outer case. This time boat improved their service by giving me unhygienic used product with some stranger's earwax on the airdopes. Well done boat. Please keep up the good work. The product price is Rs. 2299 and all they can do is just replace my ear piece with some stranger's ear piece with some amount of earwax in it to add extra flavor.

The soud and gaming performance and battery lifeis brilliant but I am facing the fitting issues for my ears, my ears are paining so much. Overall the product is fantastic 😍

I literally buy this product 2 week back after 1 week first one of these earbuds stop getting charged now both are not working it's ear buds are not getting charged properly seriously it's the worst product I ever buy it's look like boat only focused on the katana blade sound ear buds are worst then local 200rs blutooth if it's possible please I would love to refund this worst product of yours

The media could not be loaded.  I was excited about this one! Got this as a bday gift and saw the reviews on YouTube first coz was not sure if they are worth it. However turns out they are great! At the price point you get a really cool earphones case which comes with the sound effect and the option to turn it off if needed. It also has quite a decent sound quality and should work for most people. However, the fit may be a little problematic if you are uncomfortable with half in ear phones. Luckily for me they fit in snuggly!
