Works great

When I received the computer I ordered I spent some time configuring it and making sure it ran as expected. After a bit, the fan started making an irritating noise, more than just a hard working fan, but more like the bearing was worn out. I went through the recommended troubleshooting steps, to no avail. I reached out to the seller who got right back to me letting me know they would check their parts inventory for a spare after the weekend. They reached out first thing Monday morning to say that they didn't have any spares on hand. However, they offered to credit me back for the cost of a replacement fan and provided me a link to one by another Amazon seller and not the cheapest one listed on Amazon. I have ordered the fan, which should arrive in a couple of days. Kudos to the seller for making things right!

Slows down significantly after about 4 months of use. Now into about 11 months and COMPUTER Graphics card and SSD is having problems. All kinds of alert showing. Reached out to seller and seller can't help. I took it to a repair shop and they said Graphic Card is bad. SSD is going bad but still usable. This PC is Trash. I would NOT recommend it. I bought two, thinking I am saving space and greatly regret it now.

This is a great little computer. I am highly satisfied and impressed with everything about it. This little PC is the fastest one I own - by a considerable margin. What more can I say? This is a fantastic buy if you're looking for performance in a tiny package. What more can I say?

Great product

First off, I love this computer for it's plug and play compatibility. It was effortless and easy to get going. However: I saw a few reviews stating there was no wi-fi card with shipment. That was the same for me. I had to hard wire my new computer to my router. = no problem. But then the sound didn't function! You would think the normal audio jack would work, but no. Tried everything. Still nothing. Bought a cheap set of speakers with a USB port adapter, and thankfully it worked! I can't complain too much. This new computer was plug and play like advertised. I just wish it would have been supplied like advertised. Still recommend acquiring. So far so good.

I've been working with computers well over 40 years now. I was really skeptical on that this computer because it was renewed but for the price I said what the will see. I was completely blown away on how small it was and the lightning speed that it had. It came with a keyboard and mouse that I wasn't expecting. The condition of the unit was like brand new. I had no problem getting online to set up everything with windows. If they have more of these don't miss the opportunity and pass it up. I'm a busy CEO of a company. I rarely have time to write reviews but this one I had to give thumbs up to and take time out of my busy schedule and give these guys an awesome review.

En menos de un mes me aparece error de ventilador, hace muchisimo ruido con la menor exigencia en paginas web, se desconecta del wifi y solo se soluciona reiniciando el equipo pero hay que cerrar todas las paginas y volver a abrir todo después de reiniciar. NO lo recomiendo.

We had an older model and decided to upgrade to a Windows 11. Loved the fact that the superfluous programs were not installed with windows 11. It was easy to hook up to our tv and is working well. No issues with streaming movies or music, or searching the internet. It did come with a keyboard and mouse, but it was corded, we are still using our old cordless one. The package was slightly damaged in one corner, but nothing was damaged or scratched inside.
