Great customer service, beautiful tree
Great product and amazing customer service. Purchased this a little while ago for my wife. Built and installed and it was a wonderful tree to view. Had some issues with the base on the original tree. The company responded quickly and replaced the tree with the updated base design. The new design is much more stable and the tree even appears to be brighter. Highly recommend the value for the price of this product.

Cute & functional!
These palm trees have realistic looking bark and frowns and are just so cute. They are easy to assemble and look great with the lights on or off. The size is accurate.

Looks Better in Photos Than Real Life
The tree feels flimsy and unstable, especially for outdoor use. Several LED lights stopped working after only a short time, and the glowing coconuts were much dimmer than expected. Assembly was also frustrating because the sections didn’t line up properly and the branches looked uneven. For the price, I expected something sturdier and brighter. Unfortunately, it ended up looking cheap and not nearly as tropical or realistic as advertised.

Beautiful Palm Tree
Absolutely love this tree!! It was easy to assemble and looks awesome in our Florida room. When its lit at night it looks amazing, great ambiance!!

Piece of trash
Do not last. Bought in June and it died in October. Warranty for a year but no customer service at all available. Don't buy this one. Customer service made good and replaced the damaged items correcting my issue, thank you.

Very Cute
This is the cutest lighted palm tree. Great for indoors or outdoors and provides a lot of light. Having the timer with it is great.
