Had a well used commercial floor. The floor was professionally polished a week before, and looked awful. Used this product as directed, wow!The floor was a black high gloss polished floor which was installed 7 years ago. The floor has been brought back to close when it was laid in 2013! I would suggest that if you have a high polished floor to use the restore product, but if your unsure use the matrix on the side of the bottle to ensure it will work with your floor.Thank you.

I received the order today and upon using this product found it to have no effect at all on trying to remove satin gloss polish HG14. We feel we have completely wasted our time and money. Most disappointed. Lester Wilby...
