I have a large collection of eyeliner pencils: Wet 'n Wild, Revlon, Maybeline, Covergirl, etc., but I've NEVER had an eyeliner pencil smudge, leaving ridiculous racoon eyes by day's end! Even more ironic, I used the Urban Decay makeup setting spray in this kit, and it sure didn't prevent the eyeliner from smudging.I applied my eyeliner on the UNDER-lash area of the TOP lid only. That's it! How that charcoal color melted and smudged down to below the lower lid is anyone's guess. I had NO mascara on at all. Not even eyeshadow. So go figure.I threw it away.

I purchased these for my 14 year old niece as a Christmas gift. I wasn’t there when she opened it but I was told there was a lot of excitement. I have used several of these products and they are great quality and will last your teen longer than some cheaper drug store brands.
