So far been a great microwave. nice, easy material to clean and a pretty good interface. I haven't experienced any of the problems with steam that some other users have pointed out. this may be as I have a decent bit of clearance between the cabinet doors and the edge of the microwave door, so I'd definitely take that into consideration.

Works without any problems, looks good match the oven , easy to clean , simple programs .

I have only had this fitted 2 weeks and I have tried to have samsung exchange the microwave and they have refused saying condensation leakage is normal. The condensation is really bad on my cupboards leaking out of the door condensation gets into the sealed clock unit and in between the sealed glass. I cant see what is cooking due to steam covering glass. Worst built in microwave ever.

Arrived within the stated time and item was as described and well packed for protection and delivery was excellent.

It's a microwave, it looks stuff, however the door open button is temperamental and requires tapping in the lft corner to pop the door open...more of a design flaw than feature!
