why would you need to do 4 sprays? That seems like too much when all you need is 250mcg a day

Dawn, You ask a great question. Our product is offering Vitamin B12. And, a dosage we are offering is 4 sprays equalling 3,000 mcg. We easily could have said 2 sprays equalling 1,500 mcg. Please know we are not saying you must take 4 sprays/3,000 mcg. In general, the servings on Supplement Facts chart are informational for people to know. Again, it is used as a guideline. Most people who take a Vitamin B12 supplement know that they need vitamin B12 due to learning of their bloodwork laboratory test results and will take a supplement and take the amount that they need. Where is the usda official organic seal? where is this information on the package????

There is no official seal. This is my first bottle of this B12. This stuff works better on my extremely sensitive body than all of the other types I have tried in 12 years. Look on the bottle or the box and call her or e-mail her if you need more information. She encourages that.
