Fun colors
I’ve applied these strips 3 different times now and I’m still not sure what I think about their effectiveness. They don’t feel exactly like the tape that my physical therapist puts on me. With her application I have no foot pain. When I’ve used this brand, my pain is lessened but not gone. Is that because of how I applied it or is it the tape itself? Not sure. The colors are nice, it’s easy to use and it stays on. It does tend to unravel along the edges but does stay in place. I wouldn’t call it waterproof because after a bath, the strips are saturated. However, after drying with the hair dryer, it stayed in place. I’ll be taking a roll to my therapist to get her take on it.

Exactly what I needed
This tape has great tension and stretch. I’ve used it with success on a couple of different people now. Stays on for several days. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Too rough on skin
Almost impossible to remove from skin. Unfortunately it's not worth buying this cheaper version of PT tape.

Lo he usado para fascitis plantar, y dolor lumbar y van genial.En YouTube hay muchos vídeos explicando cómo se pone. Las primeras veces cuesta ponerlo bien, pero poco a poco y con paciencia vas aprendiendo, y al final quedan genial, como si te las hubiera puesto un fisio. Son realmente efectivas, parece mentira que un trocito de tela de colorines sea de tanto alivio.1. Adhesion. Muy buena. Aunque depende de en qué parte del cuerpo se ponga. Evitar roces con telas (ropa, sábanas...) para una mayor duración. Una vez está pegada, cuesta quitarla hay que esperar a que se vayan soltando, en caso contrario puedes hacerte daño al retirarlas.2. Durabilidad. Puede llegar a durar 4 o 5 días o más, perfectamente.3. Flexibilidad. 100% se adapta.4. Resistencia al agua. Ducha sin problemas, siempre que se seque bien con una toalla después del baño.Otra cosa es playa o piscina, se despega a los minutos. No recomiendo para nadar ni deportes acuáticos.5. Resistencia a suciedad. No se pega la arena. Yo he paseado por la playa sin ningún problema.6. Precio y longitud. Buen precio y los rollos duran mucho.7. Textura. Es suave, no áspera.8.
