Repaired faulty garage door capacitor
So far so good. Saved me hundreds of dollars to not replace garage door opener.

Worked Great to Repair My Metabo / Hitachi Air Compressor
My Metabo HPT air compressor (also sold under the Hitachi brand) would only hum when plugged in. I gambled that it was a failed starter cap (see pictures) and bought this direct replacement part. 15 minutes later the compressor was working perfectly with the new capacitor installed. Saved me $275! Thank you!

Fixed My Pump Startup Issue Immediately
Used this to replace a failed start capacitor on a pool motor that was humming but not turning over. After install, motor started instantly. Capacitance rating was accurate and terminals were solid. Always verify specs before ordering, but this worked exactly as expected.

Didn't last 60 seconds before it blew apart. The inside shows that the casing is unnecessarily much larger than the internals.

This was exactly what the picture shows. Ceramic body, on spec, seems to be great quality. Unfortunately In my case the motor in working on is an odd ball and while it worked electrically, it wouldn't fit physically in the housing. This is a good choice where this size and style is needed.
