best pork chop i have had in years
Both the sirloin and pork chops were top notch. The Sirloin was prepared grilled with an electric skillet and it came out tend tender and yummy. The pork chop was the best pork chop, I have eaten in years, juicy, and tender.

Buyer Beware!
The picture of the meat is NOT what you get! Buyer beware … the pork - ok, not so bad. (I can do better with our butcher at the supermarket). The steak? What a joke. It was a 4x4 piece of meat … no fat grains, just a square piece of very red plain’ol steak. Never again will I buy a gift pack like this. So disappointed.

Stick with Omaha or Kansas City Steaks
I love a freezer full of good quality meats etc. Decided to try Grumpy Butcher. Well ... It was OK - but just shy of the quality I expect. The cuts weren't uniform (shape size per serving) and had a bit too much fat that might end up as grissle. Nope. I'll stick with Omaha & Kansas.

Way too expensive for this product. Not worth it.
Wow seriously was expecting a better product for the price I paid. Meat was tougher than Omaha Steaks and The Ribeye's were more fat than meat. I would expect it to be that way if didn't have to pay that much money for it. For that price I expected to get a better product than what I received.
