I had to make an Angel food cake from scratch. I Was nervous about the egg whites only in it. I know how to separate egg yolks from the whites by hand in theory but executing it is a different story. This worked perfectly…no issues whatsoever and super cute too!

Meine Tochter war so begeistert, das Sie für Ihren Haushalt auch einen wollte, also haben wir einen zweiten bestellt. Der Eitrenner ist leicht zu reinigen, wobei wir ihn nicht in den Geschirrspüler stecken.

It's fun to separate egg with it once you get the hang of it. But be careful with old eggs because it easily breaks the egg white and yolk separation and fails the job. But I'm still using it as it's less messy than not using it!
