Pretty good!
A little bit cheaper/flimsier than some of the other options, but the price is right and it gets the job done! This gadget is really good for getting a nice burn going in your shoulders. Really works the stabilizer muscles in a way that is very difficult otherwise. 4 stars.

Heaviest oscillating bar I could find
I wasn’t ready to fork out $150 for the Bodyblade Pro, and the Yes-4-all bar was the closest in weight to the Pro that I could find on Amazon. It doesn’t mean that the Yes bar offers the same level of challenge as the Pro (stiffness of the bar would be another important factor, for example). However, I was pleased to find that the Yes bar provided reasonable challenge for various exercises to strengthen and stabilize my shoulders. Moreover, you can get creative and use the bar in various ways to tone the arms and trunk muscles, and even the legs. I like that you can alter the level of challenge by changing the frequency of the oscillations. Sometimes I use the bar for some vigorous toning of muscles, and other times I use it for a slow burn (which may be useful for controlling blood sugar levels). Due to an over abundance of caution, I wear safety goggles when I work the Yes bar, in case I manage to break it during any frenzied shake session :-) But so far, after several months of use, the bar is holding up fine. The only minor con I find is that, for any exercise with this bar, you have to find the narrow band of trajectory for its oscillations for such to feel smooth; any deviation from such narrow band results in rough, uneven oscillations, as if the thing wants to jump out of your hand. Therefore some focus is required when using this bar for a smooth and effective workout.

Vibrations in the void.
In the desolate wasteland of conventional fitness equipment, I stumbled upon the High-Frequency Elastic Fitness Bar—a contraption that promised to shatter the boundaries of the mundane. Intrigued and slightly unhinged, I embarked on a journey into the unknown realms of physical exertion. This elastic marvel is not just a bar; it's a portal to a dimension where vibrations reign supreme. The high-frequency pulses jolt through your very core, awakening dormant muscles with the force of a psychedelic revelation. As I delved into the rhythmic chaos, I couldn't help but feel like a character in a twisted sci-fi novel, navigating the vibrational void of the fitness universe. The build quality is a testament to the madness of engineering. The elastic bar, a conduit of cosmic energy, flexes and pulsates with a controlled frenzy that challenges the very fabric of traditional workouts. It's as if this bar has tapped into the frequency of physical transcendence, urging you to defy gravity and dance with the vibrations of your own strength.Versatility is the name of the game with this elastic powerhouse. It doesn't confine you to the linear constraints of ordinary exercise; instead, it invites you to ride the waves of high-frequency madness. It's a rebellion against the stagnation of routine, an invitation to embrace the pulsating rhythm of fitness exploration. The sensation of the High-Frequency Elastic Fitness Bar in action is like a cosmic ballet for your muscles. With every pulse, you're propelled into a state of euphoria, a heightened awareness of your own physicality. It's not just a workout; it's a journey through the electric dreamscape of strength and endurance. In conclusion, if you seek a fitness experience that transcends the ordinary, the High-Frequency Elastic Fitness Bar is your ticket to the vibrating abyss. Strap in, my fellow cosmic travelers, and let the gonzo romp commence. Four stars, not because it's perfect, but because perfection is an illusion in the chaotic dance of the elastic cosmos.

probably useful
I purchased it to assist my balance in gym floor exercises. not terribly helpful for that so I bought something else for my intended purpose. I wish it was a bit LESS flexible so that I could put more weight on it. It seems to be built well. I'm planning on keeping it and attempting to work with it.
