I must be putting it in wrong, I’m still learning how it works but I’m finding myself leaking without the cup being full, is anyone else experiencing?

I had the same problem. I don’t know if it’s user error or maybe I boiled it too long and it warped. I got tired of ruining underwear and went back to pads.
