BeurerWL90UK Wake Up Light with Bluetooth and App

The light itself was great, but the app you need to work the alarm , the brightness of the lamp or colours didn't work.Tried many different times, very overpriced for what it was.Send back within 48hours of recieving it

The primary method of using this light is touch/tap to turn on/off. The required force wasn't a tap more of a heavy handed hit. It was totally impractical and unsuitable for any real world context. It felt cheap for the price too. The quality of the light was ok though. Nice range of colours. Item was returned as we couldn't use it in bedroom due to the poor touch functionality

The wakeup light is perfect as are the sounds and it makes a perfect reading light, but the sound quality is not great, and linking it to my phone via bluetooth is fiddly but I bought this product for it wakeup up and reading light so I'm happy!

I was impressed by the cosmetics of this alarm and the ability to use an app however sadly these were the only positive points.I found the alarm not to be user friendly with the two following reasons being the most annoying ones.1. The alarm controls are on the bottom rear of the alarm. This is very awkward positioning, particularly if you are trying to control the alarm from bed, half asleep. When I turn the alarm, the power cord comes out.2. You are supposed to be able to ‘tap’ the alarm to turn on/off the light and alarm. I would describe this as more of a downwards facing punch, and even then it doesn’t always work.I paid good money for this alarm, mainly because it had the ability to set three alarms, as a shift worker I had become annoyed with constantly and manually changing the alarm time with my old leading brand sunrise alarm.Instead of waking up easier and feeling better, I’ve just found it stressful. I’m really disappointed as it is a very smart little device, however functionality was not thought of.

This product has broken after 4 months. For the price it is outrageous. The app doesn’t connect so I am unable to use 90% of the products functionality. They’re is no help on the website, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried to reset but nothing works. Very unhappy.

The app barely works. We have 2 mobile phones and it will only work at all with one. The features of the alarm clock are great, but barely useable. Hence 1 star review unless they update the app, at which point I feel this would be a 4 star product.

This is so complicated to set and use that it is not fit for purpose. And, like other reviewers, I could not connect the app after days of troubleshooting so missed most of the features.
