I think this makes your tempura different. Strange to say I had never used this in Japan. I am a Japanese ,who came to u.k. 15 years ago.My cousin recommended this from Japan. I used first time here. Wow, itβs easier. Just following the measurements instructed.Here it is, Tempura. ..fish, any vegetables...etc. Now I enjoy cooking tempura more than before. Thank you.
