Easy to use

Lock works as it should. I'm sure someone could smash it open, but its perfect for a gym or work locker. Mine did arrive with some damage, a small chip. The combination is easy to set with the instructions on the packaging. Press down hard when the instructions tell you to press down. You'll feel it.

Works great, had a bit of trouble getting the code reset but it works perfectly for the front of my snakes cage. He’s not big enough to push the latch open but I have kids so decided to be safe!

I've always purchased Master Lock product's. However, due to the rising cost of everything, I elected to purchase two less expensive brands. They were useless as they were made with very low quality materials and the combo disks were way too loose. I have now decided to pay a little more to get the absolute best Master locks 🔒. I ordered this lock for my child as this would be easier to open than the rotary style one I grew up with. Sadly, they sent me a defective item as I could not program it and the plastic it was in was already cut open. Likely it was returned and then re sold. I have no choice but to keep it on factory settings as I needed it for the next day and it already came late at night. I am going to start shopping in stores again where quality control is better as customers can see the item in person before buying. Amazon has truly depreciated in customer satisfaction and quality especially for those of us who pay for Prime.

Using this for work so it’s only used indoors. You can create your own 3-digit code, which is a major factor because if I can’t make my own code I’ll forget it and be locked out of my own belongings. Very easy to set the combination, and the instructions are on the package. I got the black and it’s a nice shiny black. Seems heavy duty in a good way.
