Using to link my Synology NAS (10GTek intel-based NIC) to a Mikrotik switch. Plug and play!

The cable is well constructed and is working without issues between my switches in the lab. This only works for 10Gb SFP+ ports; you cannot connect to it the SFP and have it recognized.

Connects my Mikrotik switch to my server with a SFP+ port. Works well, no issues, good quality!
