GORE WEAR Men's Cycling Jacket, Gore-TEX Paclite

Used my coat during a 100 mile ride which included a few hours of decent rain. The coat kept me dry and warm. I bought a medium. I'm 5'9" and weigh 155 lbs. The coat fits well ... loose enough for a couple layers underneath, but just snug enough so I didn't feel like it was slowing me down. Another nice, functional, works-as-promised product from Gore-tex.

I wear this shell over a medium weight bike jacket for cold weather riding.

Compact and lightweight yet offers excellent protection from wind and moisture. Purchased as a jacketfor running outside. Wore it for a 5 mile run in moderate wind and snow. Jacket performed well and kept melted snow from wetting my warm layer. Fit is smaller than what you're used to as I typically wear a large but XL fit just right.

The size is perfect for me (I am 6'1", wearing a 44 regular jacket).With a base layer, this jacket would be perfect for sub-zero temp or rainy weather. It blocks wind very well - I became a brick wall heading thru the wind...Unlike other hiking rain jackets I own, this one does not have a ventilation zipper on the side or just under the arm pit area. I guess this simple approach makes this jacket light and watertight.BTW, it does not have two-way zippers (no bottom opening, just one way zipper). This might be annoying to someone, but I am okay with this simple design.Overall, I am so happy to have this as my bike riding waterproof/windproof light jacket.

This is by far my favorite jacket, not too baggy but very warm and extremely waterproof. Packs into jersey pocket but way thicker and warmer than most lightweight packable jackets. I wear it off the bike all the time too, we’ll worth the money!!

Great jacket fitted perfectly!

I love this jacket. It's waterproof and breathable. Much better than my last jacket which claimed to be both and was neither. This jacket also breathes quite a bit better than my Marmot Precip jacket. The fit is loose, which is nice for wearing layers underneath. It is not a form-fitting cycling jacket for racing but great for commuting and training rides. The red color is nice and bright for good visibility. NOTE: I bought size large because it was on a very good sale. Medium was a much better fit for me, and still had extra room for layering. (6"2 164lb slim)

Holds in the moisture from your sweat, you end up being soaked inside.

This fits me well, I ordered size L and am 188cm tall with slim build. Its very waterproof, even in virtually monsoon rain, my top half stays dry, but its not that breathable and I'm not someone who sweats very much. It becomes damp inside reasonably quickly if you do anything other than a bike ride on either a freezing cold day or just a very gentle ride. Eg on a Sunday ride with local cycling club on moderate hills in 12degC, you feel its damp inside. However, my parents recently bought some new so called breathable waterproof cycling tops from another brand and they have the same issue. I've come to the conclusion that with a new waterproof top that is very waterproof, its never going to be very breathable. Whereas the top I replaced which was 25 years old from Karrimor, was not really very waterproof anymore, but was very breathable! I'm not sure that waterproof and breathable actually exists.

Im Vergleich zu meiner alten Gore-Regenjacke ist diese noch atmungsaktiver, keine Staufeuchtigkeit bei Regen! Signalfarbe gelb wird von den anderen Verkehrsteilnehmern gut gesehen und erhöht die Sicherheit (das merke ich fast täglich auf dem Weg zur Arbeit).
