Product works as expected. But be aware that Google Chromecast with TV has a hardware limit to only 100mbps. You will not get the full 1gbps speeds, which sucks but this is a Google thing.I tested this adapter on my laptop and it does give me the full 1gbps speeds. Again be aware of Google Chromecast with TV's hardware limit.

this at least has USB-C so connects to Chromecast but I see NO speed increase from this adaptor even though I have High Speed fibre to house and using Cat 8 cables.

Honestly should be included with MacBook purchases. Apple brand adapter costs £40 and only has one USBC to USB port, this allows you to charge your Mac as well as connecting HDMI and multiple USBs to only one port in your MacBook. A now essential buy!

It doesn't seem to mention it anywhere, but this lights up when connected. I can see this potentially being a useful feature if you struggle to find your ports in the dark! It's also magnetic, though its captive USB C cable is short, so I'm not sure this is particularly useful as it isn't going to go far.It's worth noting that the USB C port is for power delivery only, so you can't plug a slave device into it for data transfer, although you do get 3 USB A ports which are of the 5Gbps variety.There are also SD and micro SD card slots and an RJ45 network port - if I had to choose, I'd probably rather have had a HDMI port, but given the size of the device, the number of ports is generous.

So far this has proved more useful than I thought it would be for using with my work laptop, particularly as a pass-through and SD card reader for when I'm out doing my photography. Good speeds too, although not blazing.I do have a USB-C port on my PC but it's at the rear and the cable isn't long enough to reach so you'd need an extension adapter

Seemed good. Order 2 of these. The other one is still working but this one just failed. Does not light up any more, no connection works. Disappointed as I now have the hassle of sending it back for a refund. I will not order it again and will see if the other one lasts longer than 2 days.

Perfect, does exactly what I needed! Great that it has the changeable adaptor, really handy for swapping between a Dell laptop and a MacBook. Easy to use and functionally it works well.

Dieser USB C Hub mit dem etwas eigenartigen Markennamen HRSDEIE bietet nicht nur 7 wichtige Anschlüsse für meinen Laptop, sondern die Oberseite hat ein für meinen Geschmack gelungenes Design mit einem vielfarbigen, dünnen LED-Band. Man benötigt das zwar nicht, aber ich muss gestehen, dass es mir gefällt. Außerdem sind die USB Anschlüsse blau beleuchtet, wie auch der Slot für die Mikro SD Karte. So kann man diese Ports auch in der Dunkelheit finden.Wichtiger aber sind natürlich die 7 Anschlüsse, die dieses Gerät zur Verfügung stellt:• 1x 100 W PD Anschluss im Format USB C,• 2x Karten-Slots für SD/TF-Speicherkarten,• 3x USB 3.0 Ports für die schnelle Datenübertragung,• 1x Gigabit Ethernet.Den LAN-Anschluss benötige ich zwar derzeit nicht, aber alles andere ist mir schon sehr wichtig, besonders weil ich an 2 der 3 USB A Buchsen externe Festplatten betreibe. Die Geschwindigkeit der Datenübertragung über diese Ports ist auch wirklich o. k., wie auch Speicherkarten angemessen schnell gelesen bzw. beschrieben werden.Besonders für den Laptop, aber auch für die externen Festplatten macht der PD Anschluss Sinn, denn so wird während der Arbeit der Akku des Laptops aufgeladen und die externen Festplatten werden mit genügend Strom versorgt.Bei all dem Lob gibt es aber doch einen kleinen Nachteil. j'ai testé beaucoup de hub 7 en 1 et c'est rare de ne pas avoir au moins un hdmi, celui-ci à été remplacé par le rj45.le boitier est petit et pour une fois sympas avec ses couleurs.il fonctionne très bien sur un hp omen.on retrouve dessus les classiques de ce genre de hub.on peut recharger son pc en branchant sur le hub l'alimentation.
