Five Nights at Freddy's - Night Shift Edition 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital [4K UHD]

I have been a fan of the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise since it came out. I saw this in theaters knowing it was supposed to be different but not knowing how the story was intended to differ or the plot/characters. I loved it in theaters and I love it in DVD, Blu-Ray and Digital! My disc arrived safe and sound, no skips in the media or scuffs on the discs. The digital code has worked just fine. I shared it with my best friend who cannot handle horror and she liked it a lot!I would recommend this content for children over the age of 10 who can handle suspenseful situations and general horror concepts. It's mostly about finding joy, love, and various relationships (like between siblings and friends) in the midst of grieving, creepy, mysterious, stressful, and a few intense circumstances.*SLIGHT SPOILERS BELOW INTENDED TO INFORM POTENTIAL VIEWERS OR GUARDIANS*The only gore on screen is a bloody handprint, an allusion to someone getting punctured ribs, and a shadow showing someone being...uhh...half the person they once were. There is a scene involving a face, but that doesn't show gore, the horror is in understanding what that character is going through even though you aren't seeing the gore. There's creepy elements like a broken-down location and stuff with dust and cobwebs. There's not much violence on screen, it's almost entirely implied through characters reacting to what's happening. There is a scene that involved a knife (but we don't see the actual usage of it, just what happens after and some blood) if I remember correctly. There is a firearm used, but again, we see the character use it in a consequential way.

This Blue Ray DVD combo set is fun. It also comes with a digital code which is good for a back up if you are traveling and need the digial version on hand. But I always prefer the hard core physical copies since companies are basically saying you don't FULLY own Digital Media fully (check the fine print people).Anyway this movie is fun. I watch it a lot. It's goofy and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

A purely fun entertaining movie. Throwback to pure nightmare fuel of visiting Chuck E. Cheese ;-) Overall a nice suspenseful horror movie with a good storyline of revenge. Looking forward to part 2.

my daughter loves this movie. she loves the franchise. she even started reading all the comics and books associated with the franchise. i know i am reviewing a DVD, but I am so happy about getting her to read. The movie spoilers coming, a little:is not over the top scary, like "SAW", it that is what you are worried about.DVD was fairly priced, works good, blah blah

I had high hopes for this movie as someone that's known Five Nights at Freddy's for some time. I'm glad I did, because my expectations have been fulfilled. Seeing a well known game given a full story on the big screen is absolutely incredible. I love especially how all of the animatronics look and act, how you can be fooled into thinking they're nice and protective when they can turn on you in an instant, gave me chills.
