Lovely tea 😊
I love this tea! So much so that I now have it monthly subscription. Please never stop making it 😀😀 It’s now part of my pre bedtime routine. On subscription it is really good value for money

Many of the teabags are faulty
I like the taste of these tea bags but I am extremely frustrated at having to keep straining the tea because of split tea bags and they seem to be getting worse. They are either split at the seam or they split when unravelling the string as it pulls away from the tea bag (it is glue tacked in places). We have tried to contact the manufacturers on several occasions but failed to get a response so out of frustration I am writing this review in the hope that the manufacturer sees it and improves the quality of their product to the point where they are at least fit for purpose. If this problem is resolved I will gladly update this review.

Doesn't taste like a real rich coconut tea at all
Been trying to find a good coconut tea since twinings coconut tea was stopped. Thought this would be nice. Wrong, almost has a bit of medicine flavour to it hard to explain, no deep rich flavour of coconut at all very mild.. The bags are literally white chopped coconut flakes in a bag.Bought 6 packages thinking I could return the rest but the one opened, turns out I can't so left with 5 unopened tea bags with plastic sealing aswell. Why no returns, the bags are even protected inside the package by this plastic.. Very bad.

Like drinking plain hot water
Expected a lovely coconut taste but it was just like drinking hot water. Very disappointed.
