Fantastic product
I haven't lost any weight as yet and nearly been on them for a month but have been informed can notice this from 3 months of use but my problem is i suffer with high blood pressure always had, i had it checked 4 weeks ago and was higg. I did some research and came across these and never heard of them before i had to go back for a check up after 3 days of taking them it came down a little bit then i was told i had to wear a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours, by this point i had been on these for 3 weeks and when i got the results back from that for the first time in years my blood pressure was at a normal level no need for more appointments and better still no medication. I was so shocked but all i can put it down to is taking these. Very happy with the product and will always take these. just hope i start to lose some weight to

Keeps the hunger pains at bay
I am on second bottle I am happy with this product. It does seem to keep the hunger pains at bay so I am not eating quite so much. Y only need to take it twice a day. I would like to take one in evening but u only take one morning and one lunch time. I also like the fact that there are no nasty side effects On this product

I have never tried any supplements whilst trying to lose weight. I started taking these while calorie counting and they defo helped it come off much quicker than when I wasn’t taking them. But had about 2 weeks without taking them or calorie counting there due to stuff going on. Started taking these and calorie counting last Monday and I’ve 4lbs off already todayv(Sunday) will be buying more when I run out.

I have been taking these along with a 5/2 diet and they have really helped a lot. Lost weight and blood pressure dropped. How good is that! Really great product.
