The thinnest latex band broke...
I like them and they work great but the issue is for some of the exercises the bands roll up and I have to readjust them several times. They did annoy me quite a bit on certain exercises. But overall the product is high quality and great. It's not the manufacturer's fault that they roll up as they are made up of latex, any latex resistance bands will roll up except these are more comfortable and roll up less than thinner resistance bands.Edit: The thinnest latex band had broke and I barely used that one. Disappointed.

Arrived on time. Very useful for light warm up exercises without overloading muscles or joints. Brilliant for rotator cuff strengthening.

Great exercise bands that i am really happy with! absolutely ideal for using for a home workout and their are loads of good videos you can use online to work out the routine. i have thinner bands but I am much happier with the thicker width and find I get a better resistance. I am going on holiday soon and these will be ideal for my to travel with and keep up my strength training. So pleased I got them!I was sent these free for review but as always I am happy to give my 100% honest feedback.

I was initially gifted this from my son who said I needed to exercise more and though it would be a gentle start to some resistance training. Along with a training DVD.It's really durable, and has definitely helped me improve my fitness! It's thick so I have no anxiety about it snapping under pressure, and it has quite a bit of give.Overall a 5/5.
