Before I opened the package I saw that the arm looked broke and when I opened it I realized that it was in fact broke off😡 this is so UNACCEPTABLE!!!

the stague is beautiful but came broken . most metal heads covers with polystyrene .this piece isn't only cover with thin plastic so there is a big chance you will get it broken .
