For $40 you would think it wouldn’t just snap when installing but the plastic piece you pull on broke immediately on pulling rendering the entire instillation method impossible and bubbles on the screen when attempting to make it right. Save your money and by a 3 pack of cheaper ones since the install gimmick of this one is what you are paying for and if that doesn’t work, why bother. Second time I have used this and the first experience was much better but the QC issue here is a 1 for me.

I have to admit the screen is as they advertised and I have tried multiple privacy screens but this one was the best of all of them. However, there is a flaw in this privacy screen protector and that is that this can really do reduce visibility of the screen when its in portrait mode but when in landscape mode and you look from side to side then its quite visible and the privacy doesn't work. So my advice is not show your phone in public in landscape mode. The sad part is that the installation process is not as simple as other brands have made it. And this is my second purchase where it did not align correctly and the dust remover screen had dried out and slipped out. I had to go back to old school style of installing things and was finally able to get it installed but had bubbles in it. So I had to buy another one again and then I was able to get one that didn’t have faults and was able to apply but still not as simple as other brands installations is shown

I love the screen saver but it cracked about 3 days after I put it on!! I messaged the customer service and got no response. Don't buy this one.... Keep looking!! Update - Customer service reached out to me and offered a refund or replacement. I decided to take the replacement because I love the privacy also the ease of putting it on. There is a warranty offered if it cracks.

Phone slipped out of my hand onto a table the day after I installed it and it cracked in 2 places. Ridiculous.

Screen worked as advertised. Easy to install. Nice it came with guide to install the screen.

We bought 3 screen protectors from this company directly. The Samsung Ultra 23s protector did not laydown correctly. The edge of the phone is rounded, so it does not cover the screen completely. It lifts at the edge, and leaves bubbles. We did not open the other one. Even though we spent $80.00, they still charged us shipping to get them. Now, they are requiring us to pay for return shipping on the one they claim fit, to get a refund. We are just completely out the $20.00 for the defective one, they don't care. The one we bought for the iphone has yet to be installed. I just wanted everyone to know they are not a reasonable company. I hope you give your business to someone else.
