It hurts your feet
This product is bit misleading. They are extremely tough to get into your show. The height increase for me was only about an 1" at the most. And they are extremely hard to walk in. It does not sit well on your heal. If you do decide to walk in them for a long period of time, your feet will hate you

Not bad but uncomfortable
They work and definitely make you feel taller and maybe it’s because I have large feet but it felt like I was standing on a block all day. It wasn’t like a comfortable standing position. I can stand them for a few hours, but that’s about it.
