dont buy product from amazon.
this product is a scam. I bought this product on 8 nov 2023 and within period of two months this product became faulty as its out of return period. i called i maintenance to fix, so i pay him 500Rs as his visiting fees plus 1700 for the faulty part which is not under warranty. so its best to ask any company before buying is there any hidden or undisclosed information about the product before you buy them. as thats not the first time after 3 months there was another fault with the filter inside so theres another cost for paying tecnician for visiting and another 800 for replacing the part. and this just keeps happening again and again. product price around 5000 and rapairs within warrant periods cost 5000 plus. its the good way of making money. i will report this comanpy along with amazon services for consumer forum as this is a scam

Warranty is applicable only for the Motor
There is no warranty for any parts appart from the motor. My water automatic valve has gone faulty within 11 months and I had to pay 800 rupees for replacement. 400 for service and 400 for part. There is no auto cutoff of motor in the machine if there is no pioeline water supply . This may lead to motor faults. From my experience, go for other branded models which are durable and is covered under warranty.

Do not buy
Would not recommend this purifier to anyone, as there seems to be no interest from the seller for maintenance. At the time of inquiry it was told there would be no issue for service. It's been 3 years and I have stopped using this water purifier. Amazon also have no question related to service while trouble shooting.

Worst product
I bought this product on 17 of April and received a damaged one. The TDS of this product is not working properly and I has return it. Worst product. Waste of time and money.

Worst product and 3 rd class service
After installation they will not answer your call or visit for any complaint. If don't wanted to play with ur and family health .. Do not buy this product.. I myself going to file case against the company.
