Nice soft and supportive
This pillow is really good for my neck. I am undergoing Ayurvedic treatment for my back and neck pain. I would recommend it for anyone having constant neck pain. But using this pillow or any other alone will not necessarily reduce neck pain. Treatment such as physiotherapy or others advised by doctor is needed.

Tiny and quite uncomfortable
Bizarrely shaped, very small, causes quite a lot of discomfort with side sleeping, or even back. Actually made my neck feel worse.
