Christian Potier Peppercorn Sauce 3 X 1.7oz

Much too much tomato flavor for me which I probably would have realized if I could see the order of the ingredients prior to purchase. Both “hand made” and prepackaged peppercorn sauces I’ve had in the past don’t contain puréed tomatoes. They were the 3rd listed ingredient in this sauce.

Awesome flavor, great for steaks ….. I added some fresh mushroom pieces to the sauce.
