The Grail Legend (Mythos: The Princeton/Bollingen Series in World Mythology, 86)

A very readable examination of Grail Lore
If you are looking for a very readable examination of Grail Lore, this is it. More than readable, certainly compared to many of the more stodgy tomes out there. Using source material from different eras and different countries, the book explores the implications and effects of the persistence of grail legends, and the psychological and spiritual implications of the core of the story. The life's work of Emma Jung, it was completed/collated/edited by Marie-Louise von Franz in a way that is wholly seamless. However, if you are actually trying to locate the Holy Grail itself, best stick to Indiana Jones!

Mrs Emma Jung
Arrived on cue, well packed. I am fascinated to read this, a subject matter that keeps re-awakening interest in modern man. I am intreagued to see what the redoubtable Emma thinks of the legend.
