It’s a pretty clock but when I put the battery in it didn’t work. The clock hands want to move but.. they don’t. Money wasted.Customer service sent me a replacement clock after I emailed them. It was well beyond my return date and I let them know that. I didn’t ask for a replacement but got one anyways because I suggested their go through their inventory to keep it from happening again.

We were really excited to receive the clock but when put the battery in side it did not work. Tried everything but its not working. Beautiful clock but doesn’t tell time so not worth buying. Need to return ASAP

I love the fact that it is quiet, and now I can work on my computer without hearing the noisy tick tack from our old clock. It is elegant, classy, although it is a little big for a regular size room. This clock would look better in a large room. I bought it for my husband. This is a nice gift for a man. I imagine this clock would look very pretty in a library, or in a room with antique furniture. Me encanta este reloj, porque no hace nada de ruido, y ahora puedo trabajar en mi computadora sin tener que escuchar el escándalo del tic tac de nuestro antiguo reloj. Es muy elegante, clásico, aunque un poco grande para un cuarto de tamaño mediano. Se vería mejor en un cuarto grande. Sería un buen regalo para un hombre. Me imagino que este reloj se vería muy bonito en un cuarto con muebles antiguos, porque tiene apariencia antigua, talvez en una biblioteca. Esa es mi opinión.

Just received this beautiful clock, put in a battery and, alas, it doesn't work. I can see some action through the translucent cover on the works in the back, but the hands don't move other than the second hand jerking back and forth a bit. So I've packed it back up and am returning it. I've already ordered another one because I love the looks of this clock. I see from the reviews that some lucky purchasers get one that works, so I'm hoping to be one of the lucky ones on this second purchase. I'll update this review after I get another one.Update July 3, 2018: The second clock arrived yesterday and it works fine so far. As you can see from the photo, it goes very nicely with the painting frame. If I make no further update, you may conclude that the clock has been working well since this date. I'm changing the rating to 4, not giving it a 5 because of the first non-working one.

The mechanism which runs the clock was loose and did not work properly. It ran for less than one minute each time I replaced the battery or twisted the battery. I have returned the item and will try a different brand.

I received the clock on Monday. I am very happy with my purchase. It is attractive and quiet. We do not have any annoying ticking noises. It was packed well and arrived damage free. We would recommend this clock. The price was great too.

The clock was exactly what I was looking for. I was excited to have a silent battery operated clock in my kitchen, but this arrive in a poorly packed box. There was very little protection around the box and the end result was that the clock doesn't work. The workings of the clock are loose and nothing happens when the battery was inserted. Tried a different battery, still nothing. Looked at the connections, they appeared to have good contact. the entire housing was wiggly. I don't know if this was caused from poor packaging or poor assembly. I am going to give it another go and reorder it and see what I get...time will tell!
