I used this for hanging up posters in my room, it's held them really well and they look great! The putty is kinda hard when you first use it, but once you warm it up in your hands and roll it around for a few seconds, it works fine! I only used two of the sticks hanging up two posters. It was a little pricey but I was able to hang up my posters without making holes in the wall so I'm glad I bought it.

I love Fun-Tak and have been using for years. It lasts for a very long time. I knead it well before taking a small amount to put up a poster or balloons or such. It's great for sticking my Christmas cards on the wall as a bit of decoration and to enjoy during the holidays. Carefully, slowly pulling it off and then using a piece of it to take off any residue works really well. I just push a soft piece of it on any little bits that might be on the wall and push & pull the other parts off. It is reusable for many years. It can get stuck on plain paper though and tear it. It may be helpful to put a piece of tape on the back side of paper and then attach the Fun-Tak to that area - especially if you want to keep the paper or if you want to reuse the Fun-Tak. I would throw out any that has paper stuck in it. One last piece of advice is to wait at least 30 days before using on a freshly painted wall. Hope this helps.

This putty is a lifesaver for home and office. It holds firmly without damage, perfect for hanging posters or securing decorations. Easy to use. The only drawback for me is that it runs out quickly.

I had a package of this that was at least 3 years old and when I misplaced it, it was as good as new. Here's what to know: It does NOT dry out and harden! You don't need to keep it isolated from air. I have a small piece I put on my laptop camera when I'm not using it. (Don't need the NSA watching me). I'd been using the same piece for a few years and it's still soft and plyable.Second, if you use it to stick something on the wall, it doesn't leave a dark, "damp spot". It doesn't seep through regular printer paper or leave any marks.Finally, I use it for a ton of other things. I put a piece of it on the heat sink on a Raspberry Pi computer I have because it was overheating. This stuff pulls off the heat! And, you can take a lighter to it and it doesn't burn, catch fire or even soften! I have a couple pieces under a small blue tooth keyboard to keep it from sliding around. And it forms to whatever you put it on. You could even use it to dampen a vibration between two surfaces. Get some!

I wanted to hang some items inside a cabinet door where I didn’t really have an option to hammer something in, and tape didn’t stick well. This was the solution!

They don't hold very good

I buy this on occasion because it works so much better than poster tack! Its stretchy and reusable and durable. It hold up a decent amount of weight. We use it for posters, pictured, wooden signs and pictures the kids paint from walmart, birthday decorations, letters/reminders, you ne it! It comes off super easy and doesnt dry out. Its an amazing value for your money! Definitely recommend!!

This thing works sooo perfectly. I use it to hang some posters on the wall in my room and this putty does a great job. It holds it up very firmly and strongly and does not require too much to be used either. I just take a very small amount, put it on the corners of the poster, and stick it on the wall, and it is good to go. It is also very easy to remove and leaves very little to no residue on the wall whatsoever either.Definitely worth the purchase and I highly recommend it. Saves a lot of time because you don't need no screws or anything, just stick it on and your good to go. I would not recommend using this product for more heavier items like a clock or photo frame because I don't think it is strong enough to hold something like that up, but for a poster, it is perfect.

I used these tabs to mount posters and it worked perfectly. However pay attention to size and weight of the posters, some require more putty than the description says to get good results.
