Red Infrared Light Therapy for Feet, Red Light Therapy Shoe Led Near Infrared Light Boots

From when it arrived it cuts out when I try to put it on a setting above 3, and now it cuts out on anything above setting 2. I got very busy when I purchased it and now realise I had only a month return window. It is not very effective as I cannot put it on anything above a low setting. Very disappointing for the price, and for the fact it arrived faulty. Really regret not returning it immediately. Waste of a lot of money.

I purchased these Viconor red light therapy boots a few days ago and I’m honestly amazed by the results. From the very first week, I noticed a big difference in my feet: less stiffness, more relief after long walks, and a soothing warmth while using them. The design is very comfortable, easy to adjust with the Velcro, and it doesn’t feel tight. I really like how the light spreads evenly across the sole and upper part of the foot, so every area benefits. The material is soft and lightweight, making it easy to use while I’m sitting down reading or watching TV. Another plus is that they heat up quickly; within just a few minutes you can already feel the relaxing therapy effect. They’ve also helped with circulation, especially at night when I used to experience tingling in my feet. In short: excellent product, comfortable, effective, and great quality. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my foot care. Highly recommended!

I purchased these infrared light therapy boots because I spend many hours on my feet, and they often end up sore and tense. One small thing that could be improved is that they take a couple of minutes to fully heat up, but once they reach the right temperature, the warmth stays consistent. I would give this product 5 stars but the first boot I received randomly stopped working after using it 3-4 times weekly for a little under 4 months. I contacted support and was eventually sent a new boot. They first sent me a new adapter and that didn’t fix it, so I was without a boot for about 3 weeks until I got the new one. Support did get back to me in a very timely manner, but some of their supplies were on back order which caused the delay. So far the new one is working fine. The boot has seemed to significantly help my plantar fasciitis. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for over 2 years now and have tried just about every gadget there is, seen a podiatrist, gotten injections, done PT, etc., and this has made the most long-lasting improvement. I just hope the new boot lasts longer than the first because it is a helpful product!

One of the contact points on mine broke just a couple days after the refund window expired, but they were very understanding and provided a refund/replacement anyways when they technically did not have to. I'm revising my old review to reflect my appreciation for them reaching out the way that they did. From the looks of other reviews, my case was a fluke and these last quite a while. It is good to know that there are sellers out there that actually respond to folks and make things right.

This boot is comfortable and cozy. The symptoms of neuropathy in my feet did not improve over this time but then again neither did they intensify. All LEDs worked for 14 months and then LED strips started to fail until after another two months only half were lit. The strips seem delicate and cheaply integrated with the boot. It is not clear whether the therapy worked.
