Good at what it does
I got this to make some instructional videos myself at home with a Canon camcorder. It took a bit of configuring to make this work, but once set up, it does exactly what I needed it to do: operate the camera without holding it. For anyone trying to video themselves, especially with a camera on a tripod, this is a very useful tool.

Purchased as a gift
I got this as a gift. Recipient has a Nikon and a canon. Was for her canon. She complained it didn’t work on the Nikon… not the sellers fault. it seemed like a great little remote especially if you are going to use a tripod and don’t want to risk bumping the shot.I write reviews in exchange for products. My reviews are honest and represent my experience with the product. YMMV of course. Also, as a vine member I am NOT PAID for my reviews.⭐️ - no! Stay far away! Broken, dangerous, damaged, etc⭐️⭐️ - don’t waste your money this product has/had some kind of flaw or is way overpriced. Look for another item.⭐️⭐️⭐️ - average product. It works but it’s not great BUT also not bad either⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - great buy, works well and no real issues or flaws⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - perfect, yes! Get this brand of this item! You won’t regret it!

This AODELAN Remote Control Camcorder Wireless Zoom Controller is a great buy and offers a lot of features more expensive products offer. Its compatible with numerous brands of cameras and camcorders allowing for remote control of many of the cameras features while on tripod as long as your device didn't come with a remote. Its affordable and very user friendly. Great useful item.

Very helpful
I use it in my home studio and it helps me get over head shots with ease. This is a great substitute for the expensive major brand remotes that cost much much more and do the same task. Definitely a great tool to have.
