Game changer for sure. I take 3 pills 1.5-2 hours before bed. The size of the pills is abnormal 😆 Make sure you drink plenty of water with it. Slowly feel sleepy and sleep extremely deep. This thing gives really vivid dreams too. I won’t wake up at night anymore, which is amazing, had trouble with it before. I wake up naturally at 5:30-6am because of the sunlight and can’t sleep anymore, feel energetic and refreshed! If you need a help with your morning routine and wake up fresh, this stuff is for you!

No loose or runny stools, just healthy formed BM's! I take the recommended dose of 3 capsules before bed. The capsules are a little big and may be hard to swallow for some, just be sure to take with lots of water and swallow one capsule at a time. This stuff is a game changer, highly recommend!
