Jacked Factory Essentials Muscle Builder - ATP Muscle Builder for Men with Peak ATP to Support Muscle Gain, Enhance Athletic Performance, & Increase Strength - 30 Capsules

The Review questions are a little silly. There is no flavor. It is a capsule. The flavor is neutral unless you let it dissolve in your mouth and I wouldn't do that. "Ingredient quality"---who knows! (I am not a chemist). However, it appears to work for faster recovery from high intensity weightlifting workouts as well as Muscle Builder (which got too expensive). It is a sample size of the one so the standard of deviation would have to be high but in my own 12-week study with and without, I found that taking this supplement helped me lift heavier weights sooner than when I was not taking it. With the supplement, I was able to lift a heavy weight for 6 reps to failure, and then on the next workout for the same exercise (days later), I was able to increase the weight lifted for another 6 reps to failure. When I was not taking the supplement and even with plenty of rest days, periodically I would hit sticking points and be unable to increase the weight to be lifted. This happened several times over the 12-week period. Many times, I had to repeat the same weight to be lifted for several weeks before I could add weight. When taking the supplement with the same number of rest days, I was able to increase the weight to be lifted on every exercise day. (Since all the other variables were the same, I attribute the weightlifting success I had to the supplement). Currently, the price for a 30 day supply is reasonable. (I hope that as more people buy this, the price does not rocket up like the last brand I was taking. Hopefully, more sales do not translate into a higher price per bottle). Otherwise, I rate this product A++ or 5 Stars.

Been using for a month have to say im impressed with this product its affordable and works really well i use 3 times a week and im able to increase my weights by 20 to 30 lbs about week and a half apart

Placebo or not, I feel better when I take ATP after I workout, or on days I feel exhausted. I think it seems to work, I’ll keep buying!

I didn't see much result. I started taking a testosterone supplement from Amazon that seems to have a better effect. Truthfully, Maybe it would work better over a longer period of time.

Before taking this never had an headache at gym. After taking 30 min before gym I was getting headache every time. When I stopped taking never had headache again. Left side top was pounding from pressure. Had to take Tylenol during work to go away. I threw away the rest of the supply.

Not taking this 30 min before a workout I don't perform as well as I do while taking this. I feel good while taking it. I don't seem to have any side effects and it didn't mess up my sleep. I don't drink caffeine or take pre workout. Great quality product. Pill size is easy to swallow and it has no taste like some of the other pills I've taken that have some word veggie capsules
