No beta tingle
I like the caffeine content. Not too much. And if I'm training with high intensity, I just take 2 scoops. The only downside is the beta alanine 'tingle'... It's non existent in the G4 formulation. I've been buying C4 for years and love the beta tingles. Even with 2 scoops I don't feel anything. I should have bought regular C4. Not buying G4 again.
