Was very pleased on how well this launcher worked! Definitely a must for any dog that absolutely loves to play fetch!!!

The media could not be loaded. The only drawback is it’s a little too tall for my tiny boy, it took him about 5 minutes to understand how it worked but about another 10 to figure out he needs to climb up instead of trying to throw the ball into it. He still wants me to throw the ball more than he wants to use this but if I ignore him long enough he’ll use it. My other dog shreds the balls and they get stuck if too much of the fluff is sticking out. Also it can be a bit inconsistent in the distance and height it throws so you definitely need to aim it right for indoor use.

THIS IS A TRRIBLE PRODUCT. IT BROKE THE SECOND DAY. THE BALL GOES INTO THE TOP OF THE MACHINE AND DIRT AND MOISTURE GETS DIRECTLY INTO THE MACHINE WITH NO PROTECTION TO THE ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS. NO PROECTION FROM THE ELEMENTS. VERY POOR DESIGN.

MY BLACK LAB HAS BEEN THROUGH A LOT OF BALL THROWERS.. ITS EARLY WITH THIS ONE YET BUT SO FAR WE ARE REALLY HAPPY, THE LAST ONE I REALLY LIKED COULDNT EVEN HANDLE DROOL... I LIKE HOW THIS ONE JUST SHOOTS AND WAITS.. SOME RUN CONSTENTLY MAKING NOISE WHEN NOT NEEDED IF THE DOG EVER DOES TAKE A BREAK.. WE DONT HAVE THAT PROBLEM TOO OFTEN.

Works perfectly. Now if I could just get my dog to obey. I give him one star!

It is advertised with 6 balls, but only comes with 3. And the dogs chew through these balls in a day, so 3 does not last long!And while they look like normal tennis ball size, they are not. Normal tennis balls don’t fit in the machine. Still trying to train my Weimaraners to use it. But that’s the fun part I guess.

I think this item is a great idea! My dog learned to use it herself after about a week and a half!But about 4 weeks later the laucher was not working as well, the distance was much shorter. It seemed to be only launching about 10 to 20 feet. I specificaly purchased it because of the 40' distance. I would clean out any residue everyday and recharge it daily. I am disappointed especially because of what I paid for it, I would expect it to have lasted much longer. She really enjoyed it when she had to run further for the ball. And yes, I used the balls that came with it. I would not purchase this brand again.

Tengo un Pomerania de 5 meses y le cuesta jugar, quizás después de muchos días de intento siga la pelota y después de meses aprenda solita a meterla en el agujero. La pelota le quedo un poquito grande y por eso creo que le cansa la mandíbula y prefiere jugar con sus peluches con ellos si va y lo los trae.La calidad del productos le doy un 7 y estaría mejor que fuera de batería recargable ya que tiene que estar conectado a la corriente al menos que compres varias pilas.

Como es para Mascotas pequeñas , se asustan con el ruido que hace para lanzar la pelota y no quieren si acercarse para depositar la pelota. Algo importante a considerar antes de comprar y que no se indica asi es que si lo devuelves los costos de importación te los restan , para mi pocoMas de 300 pesos que no me devolverán, lleva 10 dias mi devolución y aun no me regresan mi dinero

El producto en si cumple la funcion, a mis perros no les agrado nada así q lo regrese a la caja y ahora vive en el closet, dinero desperdiciado
