The lamp is great! It's very sleek and modern looking and it's a good size, not too big or too small. It's perfect for my office desk as there are no windows in our office area. I love the different scenes it does and the different light settings and brightness. It's easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I can't really speak to the therapy part of it yet as I've only had it for a couple weeks, but I do feel like my mood is boosted when I use it. The buttons are touch only and slightly sensitive so if you touch them at all it will change whatever setting you hit, but not a deal breaker and still worth the purchase.

Initially I bought this for my husband, whom suffers with depression etc. but instead I use it for myself, in the kitchen where I spend the rest of the day after work. It really helps me feel good. There's a lot of different colors, you can pick what you like, easy to use, it's adjustable and plugs in which I like. So happy with this purchase.

Compact but effective and it has several settings for various views which I love. Clouds are probably my favorite. Very relaxing. I keep it plugged in all the time.

It's a great light. But I'm disappointed because I thought the blue light on it was a real blue light therapy light. I need a light for seasonal depression. But for someone who just likes a light for atmosphere, it's wonderful!

I was looking for something to brighten up my winter days, and this product has done the trick. I leave it on the side of my desk and turn it on for about 30 minutes every morning when I start work. The light is very, very bright, and I love that you can change the brightness and warmth. This lamp is also more stylish than other options on the market.As far as effectiveness goes, I definitely do feel more awake and productive when I start my day off with this lamp. It gives off the same mood as classroom or office fluorescent lights, which may not be what everyone loves but it does keep my head in the work mindset.

I bought this for the lack of sunlight in winter in my state. This helps me wake up and maintain a good morning routine. When the alarm goes off I put this on night stand and turn on with a few touches. Works perfectly and always has. I really like this light and the price! It is just one part of my routine of set sleep time, plenty of water, daily exercise. Before getting this light I wasn’t consistently doing all these but the light contributed to me developing the routine.

I have no idea if it actually was giving us vitamin D but I do know that my lamp glitched and isn't able to handle the moving ambient lighting modes. To be honest I got this more so as ambient lighting so when my lamp broke within a month if having it I was sincerely disappointed.

This light is definitely bright. It rotates/moves as advertised. Relatively easy to use. I'm not sure if it helped my mood much. To be fair, I only used it a few hours a day for about a week. I was working out of state where they apparently don't see the sun for weeks on end. After 29 days of no sun, someone mentioned getting a SAD light. I settled on this one. About a week after I received it, they halted our job and sent me home. Where we have sunshine. A lot. So I haven't pulled it back out of the box. It seems like a solid product. I'll take it with me on future jobs... just in case.

I am very happy with this purchase. I am using the light for setting my circadian rhythm. Up here in the North, it is often so dark in the mornings that our retinas need artificial brightness to ensure the brain understands when it's time to get on with the day. At 7 pm, I use only red light bulbs, or my new THL Blue Light Blocking glasses, also purchased from Amazon.Back to the unit. First, beautifully packaged. Second, delightfully designed with gentle curves. I did not find the fact the buttons are incorporated into the side panel to be a problem as some people have. I hold the unit at the top, and so only touch the buttons when I need to turn the unit on/off, or change the warmth or brightness. Third, very simple and clean to use. The buttons work nicely, with a fade-out feature on the on/off button. The tilt feature is accomplished via the mirror and not the frame like some lights with stands. Fourth, value for money. A resounding YES here. The light is a joy to use and would make a lovely gift.
