I’ve been a cotton swab user for years. I know....not good. Decided to try this out. Works really well. I even used it on my daughter who is very sensitive and it was very gentle. I definitely recommend this.

I hate dirty ears on kids so I love that this little tool has a light to see down in the ear. My granddaughter has hard wax and I could now see how far to go with tweezers. The light helps. It also has several different pieces to use for different situations. I like that is comes with a little brysh to clean it with also. It came with everything it would including the battery. The case it comes in makes it easy to store and put away. I would definitely recommend getting this and and I would purchase again.

It’s exactly what I needed for my 4 and 6 year old. Easy to use and gentle. It really easy to see the wax buildup in their ear with the light.

Customer service from Rony is the best quality service I have ever received from any organization. I needed spare items and Rony not only thought of creative solutions, also followed through on those plans. Easiness to clean is 4 out of 5 because the coil would be best cleaned with a separate ultrasonic cleaner rather than a brush, but overall I'm very happy with this product. I also like the screw in feature so the tips don't slide off the pen light while I'm working on the ear.

Tips are difficult to screw in and after a few uses they become wobbly and after about my 3rd use the light will just randomly quit working and I have to take battery out and the aluminum threads of the body combined with pressing the spring can make for a bit of difficulty replacing end and then sometimes I just have to shake it around a bit and repeatedly turn off and on and now light dims and shuts off and harder to turn on each time. Also the frosted look on the plastic tips make it not as bright as another brand I've tried also wax residue is left behind and hard to clean. I though this would be better than the other brand I tried that crapped out on me but this one is even cheaper.

This little light with screw on tools for ear wax removal really does provide the home medic with a safe method of removing softer, embedded wax. It may help from repeat trips to the ear doctor for easy build up. Of course, an appropriate professional cleaning is better for severely impacted ears.
