With 125 in the box these are excellent value test strips! As far as I can tell they are accurate, and they are very easy to use. Unlike the litmus paper you'll remember from the school chemistry lab, these are designed solely for testing your saliva or urine - nothing else. SimplexHealth pH Test Strips 4.5-9.0 Urine & Saliva Acid Alkaline pH Testing (125 Strips) Better Than Litmus Paper.These are very easy to use, you just pee on them and get the results within 30 seconds.... and I got quite a shock, I clearly need to drink more water, I know I dont drink enough as I hardly drink throughout the day!This has made me realise I need to drink so much more so I now have a litre bottle of water that I keep sipping through the day even tho I feel I dont need it but my body obviously does!I think these test strips are very accurate as I've tested myself again after a week of drinking more water and its improved!I can reccomend these, you get alot in the pack , 125 strips in total.
