SolidWorks 2013 Part II - Advanced Techniques

Decent book.Pro : Covers many essential features of solidworks.Con : Skipd some important instructions in its examples thus making it hard for newbies to follow smoothly.

not easy but usefull

This book is awesome! It is very easy to understand and does a great job covering the areas of Solidworks that are the toughest for me and a lot of people such as surface modeling. I don't understand how some people think that this book is not laid out well and hard to follow?? I was a little weary buying it because some of the bad reviews, but those people must not be at and advanced techniques level. I have been doing Solidworks for about 3 1/2 years and took a few college courses on it. I wish the college classes I had taken were as easy to understand as this book. I have already gained worlds of knowledge in surface modeling in just the first two lessons. Even for advanced users it does a great job of showing you little tricks and walking you through the dialog boxes. I am very happy with this book.

good book for the most part. a few typos but well thought out.
