the quality is really good, it fits my MacBook Pro and textbooks, pencil case, chargers, food, shoes. you can tell it fits quite a lot. the straps support well. I have no complains at all!

i use it as my office bag. only thing i dont like is the metal rods on the zipper its hard for me to close the zipper back again if it went to the end. but i like the material.
