Great concept - abysmal quality
Great concept - abysmal quality. Poor instructions. Bed was missing. I didn't want to bother returning it so I dismantled it with a hammer and threw it away.

A little difficult at first but worth it!
So as the prevvious reviews state , yes it is hard to put together. And i didnt like the fact that it didn't come by UPS it came by this different carrier that handles heavier packages. But once everything was put together and done ( my fiance used you tube as a referance) it really is a beautiful peice of furnature and extremely functional for my cat. she actually loves the bed. She has yet to use the scratching post but she probably will eventually. I gave it 4 stars becuase once everything was said and done and built I really love this thing, but minus one star for the process of actually getting it and putting it together etc.
