Laser Sight System with Picatinny Mount for Mossberg 500/590/835/930/Shockwave Series Shotguns

Super easy to mount. Don't forget the blue Loctite! Use the supplied large Allen wrench to open the compartment on the front of the rail. The instructions show to open where the power switch is. Use some common sense! It also couldn't hurt to have extra batteries in stock. It uses two 1/3N batteries. The green laser is super bright in day or night. Zeroing in was a breeze. Picatinny rail is nice quality and not cheap plastic. Looks great. Feels great. Now I know this Shockwave is going to be spot on every time!

Bought this for my daughters 590 after she heard "activity" in her back yard rustling in the leaves. The fit was excellent and it does not move or shift during firing. The install took under an hour as I was teaching her to do it, but I could have done it in under 30. The quality is rugged and firm, nothing cheap here at all. Durable. The beam is plenty bright and can be seen for at least 1/2 mile.

Wish I could include a pic of it installed but unfortunately that is not allowed. Very easy to install. Comes with everything you need and everything fit perfectly. It is also quite simple to zero. Mounts very solid and if at some point you decide to not need the laser it is removeable from the pic rail so you can keep using the rail for other things (you just loose the use of the first 3 bars). The laser is bright for a red laser. Only control is a simple on / off button. For the price it is perfect.

Unless you are only ordering for the Picatinny rail don't bother, the green dot is super flakey straight out of the box. After 20-30 times using it just won't turn on at all anymore, not sure if its the switch or electronics but I know I've put brand new batteries in it at least 3 times now hopping it will magically start working again and that has never been the case. There are other Picatinny rails that don't have this defective green dot on them, once the dot isn't usable anymore it is just in the way. I'd find other options.

Fit and operation is great

I had issues with this product. It used batteries up quickly while sitting idle and quit working altogether in about 8 months. The seller made contact with me promptly and sent a replacement item. They stood behind their product and made things right. Very happy with the whole experience.

The Monstrum Laser Sight System is just as advertised and shown. The laser is well packaged and easy to install. The supplied mounting screws fit my Mossberg 590 perfectly and the green laser is bright, especially inside or in dim light. I will be using my 590 for home protection so this fit my need perfectly. I also like the rail system and mounted a pistol light on it since I will be firing it from the hip and not looking down the barrel to aim. The combination works fine and the light works great for inside of a home or around the yard. I highly recommend the Monstrum Laser Sight System...especially for a Mossberg 590 where it is intended to be fired from the hip.

Don’t believe the delivery date. It’s never accurate. Good laser but the Allen bolt for the battery compartment stripped making it impossible to change the batteries. I bought a second one in case it was a fluke. Will update you when I have to change the batteries.
