I am primarily using these hex rings to help young baseball players sequence their infielding footwork. However, there are numerous applications and uses for these hex rings.They seem to be fairly durable. They snap together and break down quickly. And they are easily stored in our equipment bags. I would highly recommend this product.

I was in charge of setting up two separate events for our cub scout pack, one was a fitness course and the other was a bicycle skills course for kids from about 5 years old to 11 years old. I ordered these because I could use them for both, and the worked out fine. For the fitness course I used them in the standard way of putting side by side and having kids run through them as if they were tires you see football players run through during practices. I also used them during the bicycle skills clinic instead of cones because I didn't want the smaller kids to run into the cones and fall over. They used them just like cones, having to cycle around them.The pieces connect together with a normal "snap" type male/female connector; I did have one connector break while putting it together but that could have been that I was in a rush, they don't feel very cheaply made. That being said, I wouldn't plan to put these outside and leave them there long term, they are plastic not rubber so probably wouldn't handle constant sun/rain/wind exposure over the long term.

These hex agility speed rings are perfect for circuit training and increasing motor skills. I like that I can break them back down and place in the included bag for training on the go and at any time. These have greatly improved my son's agility and I highly recommend them. They are a great value purchase!

It’s not what i expected. This thing is actually on the small end of the spectrum. It’s great for kids. Not great for adults IMO

Broke on the first time used. The black tabs that hold them together snap right off if a child lands on the hexagon while jumping. It's nice that you can take them apart if want to store small later but would rather have a full moulded item to make it last longer and not break.

I really like this training tool I was super excited to get it. There’s so many things you can do with it exercise wise. It was easy to assemble . It’s sturdy. Also, you could take it with you if you want to exercise in the park or outside your house
