Excellent for getting whipping cream in the right shape
I always use this stabilizer when whipping cream for deserts. Heavy whipping cream from the refrigerator aisle is fine by itself, but it won't hold it's shape as long and as solidly on its own. It will hold its shape much better with this stabilizer. Whip It won't alter the flavor. Cream still tastes like cream, no after taste. And it's easy to use. You pour a packet into a quart of cream and whip it as usual.
