We received the storage shelves this afternoon and were able to put it together in no time. It does make it easier, if there are two people for the job. The unit is made of excellent quality. We opted to use the wheels, as they are quite substantial in size and therefore support the structure well. Over all, we would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of storage.

First of all, I want to point out that the customer service provided by Fulfillment by Eagle was superb. My order was shipped via FedEx and tracking stalled at a hub 2 hours from my location. I opened an inquiry with FedEx and contacted the seller. I received a response from Keyo within a few hours. Since the package was apparently lost in transit, Keyo had another unit shipped out to me within a few days. Unfortunately, FedEx was a little rough in handling this large, heavy package and one shelf was bent. I reached back out to Keyo and a replacement shelf was dispatched and arrived a few days later.As for the storage unit itself, as can be seen in the photo, we needed this to move our collection of orchids indoors over the colder months. The unit needed to be 2 feet deep and 5 feet wide to accommodate the humidity trays we use. This fit the bill perfectly. Obviously, the weight capacity isn't an issue for us, but it is clearly very sturdy and was super easy to assemble. We used the casters for ease of movement and they are nice and beefy to roll over our carpet easily. I was able to easily attach our LED grow lights to the wire shelving using zip ties and the whole setup looks excellent. If we decide that we need similar storage units in the future, I will most certainly look at units sold by Fullfillment by Eagle.

I think these shelves are sturdy and love that it has rolling/lockable casters. The instructions were fair, but glad I had another person to help me construct as it made it go faster. Heights of the shelves can be adjusted to your specific needs during construction. Good value!

I bought the SafeRacks shelves for our basement storage, and so far the build quality has been great, and it is a really solid deal for the size and price! I got a 4-tiered shelf 18" x 72" for about $80, and it feels really sturdy, and love the wheels for easy movement around the basement. It fit perfectly in our space, and so far, no complaints!I would recommend building with two people or at least a really big open space. It can definitely get challenging to align all four poles through each shelf if you are attempting to build by yourself!

It’s hard to sort out these reviews - I guess there are always lemons. I can only say that what I received was such top quality that I bought a second unit. It’s sturdy, rolls easily, holds a lot of weight. No sagging, dents - perfect condition 2x. Arrived on time. I’m beyond satisfied with this purchase and I am in no way associated with this company or receiving anything for the review.

Sturdy, well aligned and easy to assemble shelf system with no missing parts. Using the supplied wheels instead of the adjustable feet reduces the total weight capacity of the shelf from 2,000 lbs to 600 lbs. The wheels seem to be good quality, but apparently are not designed to support the weight. The company should offer a high capacity wheel upgrade. Otherwise, a really good value shelving unit.

Shopped around for a shelving unit for my kitchen that would fit a small gap. This was perfect. Shipped immediately, great condition, well packaged, just the right price, and it's very sturdy. Was quite easy to assemble with a toddler "helping"

I bought these shelves for 4-foot 8-tube grow lights that I use to grow veggies indoors. Since 4-foot shelves don't have 48" between the outer posts, it is necessary to have a 5-foot shelf so that an 8-tube fixture will fit inside the posts. For my purposes to use them with 8-tube 4-foot light fixtures, they are perfect. They also allow for more spacing between flats for more air flow. I also like that the shelves are not solid and don't collect dust or plant debris. This means less cleaning for me. If used for storage, the shelves are extremely strong and stable and would hold anything you might put on them. The wheels are large and will also withstand a substantial amount of weight. Using them as plant grow shelves, my flats easily weigh at least 20 pounds each when watered and I have 6 flats plus two 8-tube grow lights on them. This has to be over 150 pounds on them and they still move easily on the wheels so I can move the unit to vacuum.The shelves are extremely sturdy and very easy to put together. Shelf spacing is very easy to adjust and the wheels make it very easy to move the unit when cleaning. I also very much like that the shelves aren't solid. They don't collect dust or plant debris and are so much easier to clean. I also very much like that the shelf spacing is adjustable, and spacing between shelves can be easily changed when the needs change. I should also mention that it helps to use a rubber hammer to get the parts securely together. This is especially important when installing the wheels. If they aren't completely into the posts, they will not be as strong.As space permits, I will likely buy more of these shelved. These shelves are something that I would highly recommend whether you use them as plant grow shelves or storage.UPDATE 10/21/20:At this point in time, I have 3 of these shelving units in this size. If you are using these shelves for growing plants and/or seedlings, this update may be helpful for you. For my purposes, I use 3 of the shelves with one stored at the very bottom. This leaves me with two levels for growing larger plants. I use bussing tubs to grow crops of larger veggies like kale, Swiss chard, collard greens and a few others. The tubs have a series of hole drilled on the bottom and I use the appropriate sized cookie sheet to catch water. The shelves on this unit will hold 3 2/3 sheet pans and allow for spreading of the plants. Having 2 shelves for placement of plants allows for plants that grow a bit over 24 inches.I have a couple different sizes of these shelves and each serves a purpose for different plants at different sizes. I very much like that shelf spacing can easily be adjusted as needs change and the wheels work easily no matter how much weight is on the shelves.I hope this review was helpful for you.
