This is the best thing for a liver pack. It is large enough for any size abdomen. It's thick enough so that castor oil is absorbed onto fabric and abdomen, won't go on clothing or pajamas. Washable. Comfortable. It is well made and highly effective for what I used it for, a liver pack. I wore this for several nights and totally forgot I had it on.

I have two of these now because I wanted one for my boyfriend. These are well made and do the job. I soak a washcloth castor oil and place it im the wrap. Works wonderfully.

This is literally fake. I didn’t even know they made fake queen of the thrones PACKS!!! Quality is not made for castor oil. You’re literally being ripped off

I returned im not tiny, but not big either I'm 5' 4" 150 lbs and this was much smaller than I thought it would be.

Great Quality, But Sizing Was Off for MeThe quality of this pack is really nice, and I love that it’s organic and reusable—definitely a more natural option. That said, it was a little pricey for what you get. The strings were way too long, and the pack itself felt a bit too big to fit comfortably. It has a lot of potential, but the fit just didn’t work well for me. Still, a thoughtful product if the size suits you!

I've been using this organic cotton flannel cloth as a castor oil pack on my liver for a few months now. It serves the purpose it was designed for. It holds castor oil well and the strings provided are enough to tie around my body twice to hold the cloth securely. I would caution users to use something as a barrier between the cloth and your clothes, otherwise your clothes will be stained.

The tie makes it easy to use in multiple formats. It's large size keeps it on the spot you need. Quality is nice and of all the various options it is doing what I need without spending tons of money.
