Came sharp and in a no frill box.Did what I needed to, and still sharp after processing.It’s a good light knife with a decent belt clip.

4.5 out of 5 stars. The blade material, S35VN, is a great all-around stainless steel. The grind and finish are top notch. The abundant jimping on the spine and blade itself (dimples) make it very useful for more intricate tasks. This is one of the lightest (a tad over 2 ounces) fixed blade knives I've owned that still maintains good functionality. I've read a few complaints about the attachment of the metal clip to the plastic sheath, which I understand. It's simply not very solid but would probably work fine for most people with average use. I view this knife as a minimalist/ultralight option, so I simply removed the clip. With just the knife and plastic sheath, this thing easily fits in a pocket or a pack pouch, yet is exceptionally thin and lightweight. Plenty of other knives (bigger/thicker) would be better for the belt anyway. So this one is a great member of a "quiver", just not a do-everything single knife. Minus 1/2 star for the bulk and attachment design of the metal clip, and the regular price. The "list" price is way up there, but the knife is a worthy purchase if you can find it at a substantial discount.

I wanted a small knife for my bag to open boxes, cut fruit, pry out staples ... whatever. But I didn't want a tiny handle that's hard to hold. While the handle on this is very thin, it's about 10cm long, so the blade is easy for me to control. I took the clip off the sheath, and now the whole thing is really slim. It disappears into my bag, but the sheath is pretty solid, so I'm not worried about it falling off and creating a hazard.

It’s a nice blade; super light and functions as described. Should serve its purpose of use well. Good seller.
